KVKK Data Controllers and Managers Training covers, at an advanced level, data controller obligations, VERBIS and the inventory, notice and consent, transfers abroad and data breach management for the managers, contact persons and decision makers responsible for personal data processes. A certificate of attendance is issued to participants; decisions of a legal nature are clarified by a lawyer or legal adviser.
This training goes beyond basic awareness: it aims to give the people who manage and decide on personal data processes a complete grasp of KVKK obligations. The training covers the obligations and liability of the data controller, the role of the personal data processing inventory, the VERBIS registration obligation and process, the duty to inform and the correct use of explicit consent, the retention and disposal policy and its periods, data processor relationships and contracts (DPA), the regime for transferring data abroad (current legislation), the management of special categories of personal data, the management of data subject requests, response in the event of a data breach and notification to the Board and to the data subject, and technical and administrative measures. The training is made concrete with examples from Board decisions and with sector scenarios. One important framing: KVKK has a legal dimension; the training provides guidance and awareness, but critical legal decisions are finalized by a lawyer or legal adviser.
The training is suitable for senior and middle managers, KVKK and compliance officers, VERBIS contact persons, HR, legal and IT leaders and everyone who makes decisions in personal data processes. It helps if participants already have basic KVKK knowledge. A certificate of attendance is issued at the end of the training. This training does not on its own complete the organization's KVKK compliance; work such as the inventory, policies, contracts and VERBIS is carried out separately.
