Who can prepare an MSDS
Preparing an MSDS is restricted to individuals who hold the right qualification. A safety data sheet is a bilingual document in Turkish and English that carries detailed information on workplace safety measures and the protection of human health and the environment against negative effects of the substance. In Turkey, the preparer must hold a certificate issued by an accredited training body after passing the examination. Sistem Patent Kalite is one of the firms authorised to prepare safety data sheets (GBF), with certified specialists on staff who prepare and verify the sheets.
