What is a Warranty Certificate for the Consumer?

For the consumer, the Warranty Certificate is a document of rights. It guarantees that faults in the products they buy will be repaired, or the product replaced with a new one, during the warranty period, which is at least two years. If the consumer has used the product within the conditions set out in the user and description manual that came with it and a fault still occurs, the certificate gives them the right to remedy without additional conditions.

The seller is obligated to deliver the Warranty Certificate to the consumer along with the product.
