What Does the Warranty Certificate Mean for Manufacturers and Importers?

Warranty Certificate
For a manufacturer or importer, the Warranty Certificate means that faults appearing in the products they sell must be repaired free of charge for at least two years, and if the product falls under the Warranty Certificate requirement and cannot be repaired, it must be replaced with a new one. The manufacturer or importer is also obligated to provide a user manual and product-description manual with the product and to honor their other legal responsibilities. Failure to do so can lead to the product being recalled from the market and to penalties being imposed.
Sistem Patent Kalite handles the Warranty Certificate project for manufacturers and importers, keeping the file clean and the obligations met.
