Documents Required for a Warranty Certificate Application

The documents listed below are what you submit to our certification team at Sistem Patent Kalite when you apply for the Warranty Certificate, which is a legal requirement for the products that fall within its scope.

Warranty Certificate Application Documents

• The company's signature circular or signature declaration
• A user manual covering the product's maintenance and repair conditions and its general description (our consultants prepare this for you)
• If the product is a motor vehicle, the National Type Approval Certificate; if it is an imported motor vehicle, the certificate of origin or Type Approval Certificate
• If the product is an electric meter, a certificate showing the product's origin
• A power of attorney for handling the process (signed with electronic signature; our consultants support you through this step)
• At every stage of the process, our team provides the support and consultancy you need
