How to Obtain a Warranty Certificate

Warranty Certificate
To obtain a Warranty Certificate, you first need an electronic signature. Depending on your sector, you may also need the After-Sales Service Competency Certificate (SSHYB) or an application for it, plus a service network built for the relevant sector. The Warranty Certificate requirement is a legal obligation, and the certificate is not valid without Ministry approval. You can verify whether a company holds a Warranty Certificate through the Warranty Certificate Inquiry tool.
As a certification body, Sistem Patent Kalite stays with you through each step of the process. The working plan runs as follows:
- We confirm whether the product falls under the Warranty Certificate requirement.
- We identify the specific conditions that apply.
- If you do not have an electronic signature, we file the application.
- We review the After-Sales Service Competency Certificate requirements.
- We check whether your company holds the TSE Service Competency Certificate for its sector, and if not, we file the application (not required if a service agreement is in place).
- We review the Service Competency Certificate requirements against your company's existing infrastructure.
- If after-sales service competency requires it, we set up the service network (based on sector and required region count).
- We draft the Warranty Certificate user manual.
- We file the Warranty Certificate application and secure Ministry approval.
