GMP Certificate Stages

In GMP, it is necessary to create SOPs for every job and perform jobs according to Standard Operating Procedures. Hygiene and cleanliness conditions are very important. Cleaning rules for the place where production or service is provided must be established. The cleaning performed by supervisors must be controlled and signed. Ventilation, heating, and humidity conditions must be regularly maintained at certain levels, for example a temperature of 15-25 (±2) degrees Celsius and maximum humidity of 60%. This temperature and humidity level must be continuously recorded so that a report for past months and days can be presented when an inspection board arrives.

Preventive measures must be taken against the risk of mixing product and service, whether software or manual.
