- Latest year's income statement (signed off by a certified public accountant)
- Certified income statement for the most recent fiscal year from your accountant
- Trade registry gazette for newly incorporated firms
- For newly incorporated firms, a photocopy of the trade registry gazette in place of the income statement
- Blank income statement even if the firm has generated no income
- Proof of current activity from the firm's registered chamber (chamber registry certificate)
- Chamber registry certificate confirming your firm is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry or the Chamber of Tradesmen and Craftsmen
