TSEK Quality Conformity Certification
The TSE Criterion Conformity Certificate (TSEK mark)
The TSE Criterion Conformity Certificate, also known as the TSEK mark, covers product categories that do not yet have a published Turkish standard. The certificate confirms that a firm's products meet the technical characteristics recognised for that category under Turkish conditions and the relevant international or foreign-national standards. The right to use the TSEK mark is granted under a signed agreement. The certificate records the product's trade mark, class, kind, type, and variant, and is issued for a 12-month validity period.
Which products are eligible for TSEK certification
TSEK certification is available for any product not yet covered by a Turkish standard, provided a certification criterion can be defined for the category. The criterion sets the baseline the product must meet, drawn from international schemes, foreign-national standards, or accepted technical practice for the category. Sistem Patent Kalite supports the criterion-development step and the full certification file.
