Documents required for a TSE certification application
The documents listed below are required to apply for TSE certification through Sistem Patent Kalite. Please prepare the file and share copies with us before we submit.
- An official, notarised document stating the legal status of the applicant firm.
- Notarised signature circular for the authorised representative or signatories of the applicant firm.
- Trademark registration certificate (as used on the product or its packaging) or, if pending, the trademark application document.
- If the applicant firm and the manufacturer are different legal entities, the contract between them.
- Trade registry gazette, tax plate, and manufacturing licence.
- Bank receipt confirming payment of the application fee.
