What the Consultancy Project Looks Like in Practice

The project starts with an energy review that maps every significant consumer of electricity, fuel, and steam on the site. From there we build the documented system around the review, not as a generic template. Typical deliverables include a site-level energy baseline, a prioritised improvement plan, the procedures required by the standard, and a pre-audit checklist before the certification body visits.

Transition to ISO 50001

BS EN 16001 has been largely superseded by ISO 50001, which uses a similar structure aligned to the modern ISO high-level structure. If your organisation is deciding between the two, we can plan the project around ISO 50001 from the outset, or implement BS EN 16001 first where existing tender requirements call for it and upgrade later.
