How to Use the ISO 9001 Logo?

An ISO certificate is a document that proves businesses operating in different sectors deliver their services in line with a defined standard, and confirms that they have the competence in their field. Every certificate issued under standards prepared by ISO is referred to as an ISO certificate. ISO 9001 is the most widely used quality management system certificate worldwide. The ISO 9001 logo is the mark used together with the certificate by businesses certified by the certification body.

The ISO 9001 logo, meaning the use of the logo for the ISO 9001 certificate, is permitted only for businesses that have come through Sistem Kalite's certification and testing consultancy audits successfully and earned the right to hold the certificate. To use this logo, you first need to pass the audits carried out by our Sistem Kalite certification and testing consultancy firm.

ISO 9001 Logo Use

Businesses that earn the right to hold the certificate must use the logo or the certificate in line with the conditions in this guideline.

Certified businesses must use the logo in line with the relevant accreditation requirements. A copy of the certificate and logo use notes from the relevant accreditation body is provided to certified businesses.

ISO Use Conditions

For use of the ISO 9001 logo, this guideline is kept up-to-date on our official website at www.sistempatent.com.

The ISO 9001 logo cannot be used in a way that suggests Sistem Kalite holds responsibility for the content of the document or for the activity in any form.

The logo and the certificate cannot be used outside the certificate scope, in affiliated businesses, or in subsidiaries.

The logo cannot be used as a product certificate. It cannot be used on products themselves. (A product is something you can directly touch, or that may sit inside a package or box.)

The logo can be used on product packaging only in a way that makes clear the certificate belongs to the management system, not to the product.

A certified business can use the ISO 9001 logo in advertising publications, official documents, or brochures.

Once the certificate's term ends, the business must stop using the ISO 9001 logo immediately.

Use of the logo must be stopped if the certificate is suspended or withdrawn.

Once a business holds the certificate, it remains responsible for following these rules for as long as the certificate is valid. If logo use outside this guideline is identified, action is taken in line with the corrective action procedure.

The certificate and logo cannot be transferred to a third party.

The logo use format will be provided together with the certificate on a USB or CD, and logos will also be made available on the website.

Logos are preferred to be used in their original colors as supplied, but other requested colors may be used.

The logo can be enlarged or reduced in size, provided the proportions stated above are kept fixed.

The certificate and logo belong to our Sistem Kalite certification and testing consultancy firm. They are made available for the business's use within the limits of the audited address, the audited path, and the audited scope. They cannot be reproduced in any way, and no alteration or tampering is allowed. When the certificate ends, the original document must be returned to our Sistem Kalite certification and testing consultancy firm.

All responsibility for misuse of the certificate and the logo lies with the certified business.
