UkrSEPRO Fire Certificate

The UkrSEPRO Fire Certificate documents a product's conformity to Ukraine's fire-safety conditions. To prove that services and products meet Ukrainian fire-safety norms, the certificate is issued through the MNS fire-safety units attached to the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs. Fire-certificate certification centers must be formally authorized by MNS. Sistem Patent Kalite, our certification and testing consultancy, holds that MNS authorization through our Ukraine representative office, so we can issue this certificate to our clients directly. For certain product categories the certificate is mandatory; for others, it can be obtained on request.

The UkrSEPRO Fire Certificate comes in three types, distinguished by validity period, just like the standard UkrSEPRO certificate.

The Fire Certificate has 3 types by validity period, mirroring the UkrSEPRO certificate structure.

1. One-time, project and batch type Ukraine Fire Certificate

For a specific project, issued for products exported to foreign countries on a one-time basis (covering a specific batch or contract of products). For this type, a specific buyer in Ukraine must be identified. The Fire Certificate can be purchased by the manufacturer or seller for their own use, or the buyer based in Ukraine can purchase it for their own use by presenting the purchase agreement or invoices. Only the organizations named on the certificate can use this type of Fire Certificate. Project-type Fire Certificates are valid only for the products shipped under the specific project, and expire when the project ends. One-time, batch-type Fire Certificates also expire after the export transaction is completed.

2. One-year serial production Ukraine Fire Certificate

The mandatory Fire Certificate is issued to the manufacturing organization. For the one-year serial-production certificate, identifying a specific buyer in Ukraine is not required. During the one-year validity period, the manufacturer can sell and ship products to any buyer and any region in Ukraine.

3. Three-year serial production Ukraine Fire Certificate

For the three-year serial-production Fire Certificate, identifying a specific buyer in Ukraine is not required either. The certificate is issued to the manufacturing organization. It is valid for 3 years, during which the manufacturer can sell and ship products to any buyer and any region in Ukraine. To issue the three-year Fire Certificate, our specialists at the Sistem Patent Kalite Ukraine representative office inspect the manufacturer's production site. Alongside issuing the three-year Fire Certificate for specified products, our specialists audit your production sites each year.
