Types of GOST-K Certificate

Single-Batch Certificate

This certificate type requires a sales contract with an importing firm in Kazakhstan. The certificate carries the production site, importing firm, main contract date and number, and the HS codes of the product. These certificates are valid once, for a single importing firm.

1-Year Serial-Production Certificate

These certificates are issued for a 1-year period based solely on review of samples and documents, without an expert audit at your facility. After 1 year, the certificate must be renewed.

3-Year Serial-Production Certificate

These are certificates issued for a 3-year serial-production scope following an expert audit at your facility. Once obtained, the certificate is valid for all customs clearances and product sales over 3 years. Under the 3-year GOST-K certificate, an annual certificate analysis and surveillance review takes place each year.
