Self-Review

The first stage uses KTQ Certificate criteria to analyze your organization internally. This procedure helps you identify improvement areas and build cross-department communication structures.

External Review (Visit)

The external review takes place at your organization. Sistem Patent Kalite's specialist auditors coordinate the stage and visit your organization for the review.

Certification

If your organization scores a minimum of 55 percent in the review, Sistem Patent Kalite issues the KTQ certificate.
