The International Spa Quality certification procedure runs as follows.

Mystery review (optional)

Any audit is run on request of the organisation. It is followed up with a debrief meeting after the check-out analysis.

Certification analysis

The quality-management system is reviewed in its operational form.

Certification

If the organisation meets all requirements, a certificate is issued that attests to the conformity and effectiveness of the quality-management system.

Surveillance reviews

Certificate renewal
