International Spa Standard
The international spa standard is a certification programme aimed at health tourism, holiday resorts, hotels, and thermal spas. It reviews more than 300 criteria, from the hotel environment to the spa area and its kitchen and equipment. It also assesses staff competence and how carefully the operation responds to guests' needs.
