A. Application form
B. Supporting administrative documents
- Official document showing the legal status of the applicant firm.
- Notarised signature authorisation for the person or persons authorised to represent and sign on behalf of the applicant firm.
- Trademark registration certificate (as used on the product or its packaging).
- Notarised contract between the applicant and the producer where they are different entities.
- Payment receipt.
- Notarised permit documents evidencing conformity with sector-specific regulatory requirements.
- Where the actual producer is outside Turkiye and the TRNC, written confirmation that the applicant is the authorised legal representative or importer appointed by the producer and based in Turkiye.
