ISO 9001:2008 Certificates Expire in October 2018

ISO 9001 is the most widely adopted management-system standard in the world, setting the requirements for a quality management system within an organization. The standard covers every production stage from R&D and raw-material input through to the final product release, which is why it applies across virtually every sector. The standard rests on two core objectives:
- Demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer requirements.
- Increase customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system.
ISO 9001:2008 was revised in 2015. ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certificates will lose their validity as of October 2018. If you still hold an ISO 9001:2008 certificate, you should upgrade to ISO 9001:2015 at your earliest opportunity. As Sistem Patent Kalite, a certification and testing consultancy, we handle the full transition process on your behalf.
