When is an HYB certificate cancelled
The HYB certificate issued by Sistem Patent Kalite is cancelled under any of the conditions listed below.
Grounds for cancellation
- If the certificate holder is a legal entity and ownership changes or the entity is sold.
- If the certificate holder ceases the activities covered by the certificate.
- If the certificate is used in a service area different from the one stated on it.
- If the certificate holder supplies incorrect information to TSE or obstructs the audit.
- If the certificate is used in a misleading or unauthorised way.
- If the certificate holder is no longer present at the registered address.
- If the certificate holder is a legal entity and that legal entity is changed or restructured.
- If the certificate is defaced or damaged.
- If the certificate holder refuses a TSE audit request without a valid reason, or asks for a scheduled audit to be cancelled without grounds.
- If the certificate holder requests cancellation.
