What happens after the HYB certificate is issued
Receiving the HYB certificate does not close the file. A series of activities continue through the life of the certificate, and we manage these for our clients.
Post-issuance activities
- Scope extension
- Scope reduction
- Change of legal status or transfer of the certificate holder
- Change in the conditions that supported the original certification
- Name change of the certificate holder
- Validity period and renewal of the certificate
- Follow-up assessment
- Surveillance (interim review)
- Address change
- Changes to the main technical document supporting certification
- Suspension
- Termination of the agreement or cancellation of the certificate
