How to Obtain the REACH Certificate

On obtaining the REACH certificate, Sistem Patent Kalite provides both consultancy and certification support. Manufacturers exporting to the European Union must prove that their chemical substances are safe. The certificate is required for every exporter and manufacturer that produces or exports in their own name (at more than 1 tonne per year). Every substance (except those specifically exempted from registration) must be registered.

On how to obtain the REACH certificate, this point matters: unregistered production or exports are not authorized. This rule applies to firms outside the EU that export to it. It does not cover preparation of registration under the REACH regulation itself, but substances still under preparation must also be registered.
