Site Review

Our specialists at Sistem Patent Kalite review the facility and coordinate laboratory analyses with the accredited laboratories we work with.

Laboratory Analyses

• Measurement of the microbial load in the ambient air
• Samples taken with an air sampler are analysed in the laboratory, and the microbial load of the ambient air is determined.

Personnel Hygiene

• Swab samples taken from the hands of personnel are analysed in an accredited laboratory.

Surface Hygiene Checks

• Swab samples taken from surfaces within the facility (walls, benches, tools and equipment) are analysed in the laboratory.

Potable and Process Water

• Samples taken from the water used at the facility are analysed in the laboratory.
• Analysis and reporting: the results of the site audit and the laboratory analyses are reviewed together, and the findings are reported to you.
